callback 함수는 모델이 학습, 평가, 추론등을 수행할때 keras모델을 움직이게 하는 가장 강력한 도구이다 tf.keras.callbacks.TensorBoard 은 학습을 시각화 해주며 tf.keras.callbacks.ModelCheckpont는 주기적으로 학습하는 모델을 저장한다

이번에는 Keras callback에 대해 배우도록하는데 이게 어떤 일을 하는지 어떻게 내가 설계하는지를 알게된다

모든 callback은 keras.callback.Callback에 속해있으며 이는 학습, testing, prediction등의 전얅에서 다양한 도구로 불린다 callback은 그것의 내부상태나 확률적 모델을 보는데 유용항다

자이제 간단한 custimcallback을 정의하자 밑의 예시는 아래에 요소들을 기록하는 함수이다

  • 언제 fit,evaluate , precit등이 시작이자 마지막이다

  • fit / evaluate / predict 시작 및 종료시기

  • 각 시대가 시작되고 끝날 때

  • 각 교육 배치 시작 및 종료시기

  • 각 평가 (테스트) 배치 시작 및 종료 시점

  • 각 추론 (예측) 배치 시작 및 종료 시점

logs dictionary

logs dictionary는 손실값과 batch또는 epcoshs가 끝날 때의 모든 측정 항목을 포합한다. 예에 loss 및 평균 절대 오차가 포함된다.

Examples of KERAS Callback applications

이번예시는 loss값이 최소에 근접했을때 멈추는 callback함수를 정의한다 이는 self.model.stop_training속성에서 setting가능하다 부가적으로 patience요소를 선언할 수 있는데 이는 얼마나 많은 epochs를 기다리고 학습을 멈추는지를 설정가능하다.

tf.keras.callbacks.EarlyStopping은 더욱 완벽하며 일반적인 실행방법을 제공한다.
